AUTOMOTIVE STUDY INCENTIVES

The skills shortage is hitting everyone hard, and the Automotive industry is no exception. Major skills are required by the modern parts interpreter to assist in streamlining business processes and build on succession options to handle retirement strategies.

Automotive Industry leaders providing goods and services to the automotive industry, have already identified their best solution to improving their business is by investing in the future and getting their staff quality trained. Holden, Subaru, Cummins, Cavpower, Peter Stevens, Red Australia and Toyota Materials Handling are already taking advantage of this training qualification at TAFE SA Croydon Campus.

Increased product knowledge, stock control, parts interpretation, research and customer skills enable practical application of learnt techniques, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Traditionally part of a 3 year Apprenticeship, this nationally accredited ‘Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpreting’ qualification is for anyone working or training in a business which sells automotive replacement parts and/or accessories in a retail or wholesale outlet; including after-market, marine, motorcycle, light vehicle, dismantlers, heavy vehicle, truck/trailer/bus, agricultural, forklift and auto electrical.
